From: support@networksolutions.com Subject: IMPORTANT: Your mailbox is almost full! Your mailbox is 90% full! In order to insure that you continue to receive email, please delete some email from your mailbox. Please refer to the FAQ section below for help on freeing up your mailbox space. ---FAQ--- Q. I was told that my mailbox is full, however I deleted everything in my WebMail Inbox. What should I do? A. When you delete messages from your WebMail Inbox folder, they are only removed from the Inbox and automatically moved to the Trash folder rather than being permanently deleted. You must switch to your Trash folder, and select the 'Empty Trash' button to permanently delete your messages. Q. I'm using an email client (ie. Outlook, Eudora), how do I free up some space? A. If you are using an email client such as Outlook or Eudora, disable the option to 'keep messages on server'. This will tell the server to delete all email that you have downloaded in the past. Please consult your mail clients help documentation for instructions on this feature. Q. What happens if my mailbox reaches its quota? A. When your mailbox has reached its maximum quota, any messages sent to that mailbox will bounce back to the sender with a message indicating that the mailbox is full. This will continue until the mailbox is brought under quota.
