            <p class="textpadding">AQM, Inc. is a manufacturer&rsquo;s warranty.&nbsp; AQM warrants your tanning unit to be free of structural defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for its lifetime. AQM at its discretion may repair any structural defect, which materially affects the performance of the unit.&nbsp; You must call 800-667-9189 ext 2 for all warranty claims.<br />
            For 24 months following the shipping date of your tanning unit, AQM will provide replacements for parts that prove to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover air transportation charges for parts. When a replacement part is required, it is charged on a &ldquo;30-Day Exchange Program&rdquo; and credited upon return of the defective part.&nbsp; <br />
            Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage incurred in transit or damages resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered by this warranty. Warranty coverage does not include cosmetic abnormalities such as scratches, nicks, dents, or other cosmetic changes that do not materially interfere with the function of the unit.</p>
            <div class="textpadding" align="justify">This warranty is extended only to the purchaser appearing on the WARRANTY REGISTRATION card and may not be transferred to any other individual.&nbsp; Proof of purchase may be required prior to any consideration of warranty claims.</div>
            <p class="textpadding" align="justify">AQM, Inc. disclaims any responsibility for transportation, loss of time or loss of revenues from the facility in which the equipment is installed.&nbsp; AQM, Inc. further disclaims any responsibility for injury resulting from the failure of equipment or parts manufactured by AQM, Inc. due to incorrect installation or operation.</p>
            <p class="textpadding" align="justify">AQM, Inc. shall not be liable for loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly from the use of its products.&nbsp; This limited warranty does not extend to any products, which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, and abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than AQM, Inc.</p>
            <p class="textpadding" align="justify">This warranty does not apply to any failure or parts or products, due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents or improper maintenance.&nbsp; Such occurrences immediately void this warranty.&nbsp; THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.&nbsp; No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of these goods.&nbsp; This warranty gives specific rights, which may vary from state to state.</p>
