1 For security considerations, you are strongly suggested to move this folder out of Document Root.
2 Make this folder writable
3 Makre sure the following folders available and writable:
  configs/
  caches/
  caches/xoops_cache/
  caches/smarty_cache/
  caches/smarty_compile/
